QuitSmoke / SmokeLessApp is a no-registration, local-first progressive web app for tracking smoke-free progress, savings, cravings, and motivational wellness milestones.

No registration required

You can use QuitSmoke without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, password, or profile.

Progress stored locally

Your quit progress, habit settings, craving sessions, notification settings, theme, and language preference are stored locally in your browser/device storage. If you clear browser data or uninstall the PWA, this data may be deleted.

Optional analytics

We may use optional Firebase / Google Analytics to understand app usage and improve the product. Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics in the privacy banner. You can continue using the app without accepting analytics.

We do not intentionally send your personal motivation note, craving notes, or detailed local progress values to analytics. Analytics events should be limited to non-sensitive feature usage such as app open, language change, or craving helper use.

Cookies and similar technologies

The app uses local storage to remember your progress and preferences. If you accept analytics, Google/Firebase may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics measurement.

Browser notifications

If you enable notifications, your browser may show milestone or test notifications. You can disable notification permission in your browser or operating-system settings at any time.
